Established since 1986, UCSI is amongst the few Malaysian private colleges to offer a wide spectrum of academic studies ranging from Engineering to Information Technology and Business, Applied Sciences to Pharmacy and Medicine, Social Science to Music.

Today, UCSI offers honors degrees in the above disciplines, and upon completion of these degrees students may transfer to an internationally recognised university for postgraduate studies. UCSI degrees can also allow student transfers to other foreign universities for completion of the undergraduate degree.

CAMS-UCSI Collaboration
CAMS-UCSI signed a collaboration agreement in 2003 which was ratified in 2007.  According to this agreement CAMS shall offer two degree programs of UCSI and the Foundation Program in Pakistan on an exclusive basis.

The unique feature of this arrange is that students shall be able to do the initial 2 years of a 3-Year degree in CAMS (Karachi, Pakistan) and the last year at UCSI (KL, Malaysia).  Students shall also have the option of transferring to Malaysia after 1-Year at CAMS.

Key Features of the 2+1 Degree Program:

• UCSI-CAMS 2+1:  study abroad but start at home.
• Study 2 years at CAMS and 1 year at UCSI
• Can transfer after a minimum of 1 year at CAMS
• Recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad.
• Affordable fees as compared with studying in Europe or North America.
• Affordable cost of living as compared with Europe or North America.
• Convenience of living in a Muslim country.
• Ease of Student Visa processing
• Exemptions from up to 9 papers of ACCA-UK available
• The International Degree Pathway Option (IDP) allows students to complete their degree at a university in UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand with which UCSI has collaborative arrangements.
• Direct entry in Year 1 at UCSI is also available in varied disciplines.

HEC Approved

The UCSI-CAMS collaboration is approved by the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.  This means that students receiving degrees in this program shall be recognized by the HEC and would be eligible to continue their studies at recognized and chartered universities in Pakistan.
